At Telsam, the support was built around a human and strategic dynamic. Guillaume, the general manager, wanted backing for his key decisions to transform the organization and better meet his sector’s demands. Through strategic coaching, he was able to clarify his decisions, structure his vision, and design a new organization. We worked alongside him, helping him prepare his actions and refine his presentations, while leaving him in control of implementation.\n\nThe second pillar of the mission involved Telsam's teams. Immersed in the offices, the 'experience my job' sessions fostered trust while exploring their needs and challenges. This direct contact revealed opportunities for optimization: some underutilized data, tools not used to their full potential, and processes that could be simplified. These observations helped link the teams’ daily realities to the management’s strategic vision.\n\nThese two complementary approaches gave rise to a structured roadmap that today guides Telsam in its digital transformation, enhancing existing tools and integrating pragmatic solutions to support evolving practices. This work also reinforced a collective dynamic, essential to ensure long-term success.
