Humaya is a young Parisian high-end shoe brand that wants to structure its development and optimize its operations.

Strategy

The support for Humaya began with an in-depth analysis of their overall strategy. Together, we clarified their short-, medium-, and long-term goals, taking into account the specificities of their market. We co-created a concrete roadmap with tactical actions to position them as a reference in the Parisian high-end shoe sector.

To bring this vision to life, we also assessed their existing tools and identified areas for improvement. Special attention was paid to automating repetitive tasks using AI-based solutions. For example, we implemented automations to manage inventory, analyze customer data, and personalize marketing campaigns. These solutions now allow the founders to focus on their core business: design and customer relations.

Meanwhile, we organized training sessions on using digital tools and AI technologies. The goal was to make the founders fully autonomous in managing the solutions in place. Whether setting up an automated campaign or extracting insights from sales data, they now have the skills necessary to effectively run their business.

Finally, our support helped streamline daily operations while providing a clear vision of strategic priorities. Humaya now benefits from a solid structure, aligned with their ambitions, and equipped with the necessary tools to continue their rise in the demanding luxury market.
