One of the main strategic topics addressed was analyzing the price elasticity of the menus. By cross-referencing sales, margins, and dish turnover data, we identified effective price adjustments that increase margins without compromising the balance of their offerings.
We also worked on improving the traceability of key indicators directly within their existing tools. As a result, data like room turnover rates or performance broken down by customer type is now accessible in real time.
